Business Analyst

A rewarding opportunity now exists for an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join our Technology team on an 18 month contact.
The BA role will assist in the upgrade of Corrs’ Intapp Open solution to the Cloud, preparing the firm for the Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) Tranche 2 reforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the analysis, planning, and delivery of the upgrade to Intapp Cloud, ensuring alignment between technical solutions, business and compliance/risk needs and user experience.
- Lead the consultation effort and build consensus around the system design and configuration.
- Support project decisions by analysing matter management, new business intake and conflict management processes, clarifying business needs and identifying gaps.
- Ensure that risk and compliance requirements are integrated into all project phases.
- Work closely with a dedicated Senior Project Manager and Project Sponsors to deliver a robust requirements management lifecycle.
Required skills and personal attributes
- Thrives in a hands-on operational role with the ability to directly influence business processes and system improvements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement technical solutions.
- Project methodology experience preferably Waterfall
- Strong understanding of risk and compliance processes, particularly in relation to AML/CTF regulations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.
