Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (SPM) to join the Project Delivery team at Corrs on an 18 month FTC. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the successful completion of a major business transformation project related to new business intake at Corrs.
This role will be responsible for the upgrade of our Intapp Open solution to the Cloud, preparing the firm for the Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing (AML/CRF) Tranche 2 reforms. You will use the Project Methodology of the Project Delivery team (a blend of Prince2 and Agile).
The SPM will be an integral part of the Project Delivery (PD) team. The project team will be dynamic and will involve staff from all levels within the business. Communication to other project stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, is also a requirement of the role.

Key responsibilities
- Work with technology, risk, legal and business services staff to help define and deliver the project.
- Establish and manage effective project operations to deliver quality outcomes following the Corrs Project Management Methodology.
- Manage key project artefacts throughout the life of the project, including RAID logs.
- Monitor critical path dates and dependencies so specified completion dates are achieved.
- Work with and manage vendors to deliver quality outcomes.
- Maintain required project files including project plans, status reports and steering committee updates.
- Change Management.

Required skills and experience
- 3-5 years experience working on projects.
- End-to-end project management of large scale business transformation projects.
- Sound understanding and consistent application of project management competencies including scope, time, cost and quality.
- Experience in preparing business cases, and project concept documentation including costs.
- Strong customer focus with a positive and proactive approach to client service.
- Ability to apply analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant industry certification, such as PMBOK, Prince II or Agile Project Management.
- Experience in a professional services environment.
