This position will play a key role in ensuring Corrs’ business systems are effectively aligned with operational needs and strategic goals. This position is focused on the firm’s business systems and the people who use them, serving as a bridge between technology and day-to-day operations.​

This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and user empathy, enabling them to deliver exceptional support experiences while strategically advancing the firm’s digital capabilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of key business applications across the firm.​
  • Lead the design and delivery of technology solutions that improve business processes, efficiency, and user experience.​
  • Champion automation across the firm by identifying opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and driving successful implementation.​
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand operational needs and ensure applications are delivering business value.​
  • Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, upgrades, and system integrations for all core business platforms.​
  • Maintain strong documentation of systems, processes, and project outcomes.​
  • Monitor application performance and user feedback, driving continuous improvement.​
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends to proactively evolve the firm’s application ecosystem.​
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to applications and support staff to build technical capability within the team.
