We are looking for a driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

 

This position plays a key role in driving client satisfaction, revenue growth and brand enhancement through the delivery of excellent client service, relationship management and new opportunity identification within the firm’s Key Client Program.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Creating strong relationships with internal and external client teams in order to execute on key KPIs and influence internal teams to action.
  • Working with the CRP and the wider client team on the development, execution and maintenance of the client plan across all workstreams.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for the client for non-matter based requests and works with cross functional teams to address client requests and inquiries.
  • Acting as the business development lead on panel proposals and strategic opportunities and supports colleagues with client insights on practice specific opportunities.
  • Focusing on client satisfaction, and taking the lead on undertaking regular client listening (tenders, matters, relationship reviews).
