An exciting opportunity exists to join our high performing team as a Learning & Development Coordinator.  

Developing our people to maximise their potential is fundamental to the success of our firm. Reporting to a Learning and Development Manager and working as part of the Learning Helpdesk team, you will work closely with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to support the administration and coordination of L&D initiatives and activities nationally.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Administering and coordinating learning and development initiatives and programs, including coordinating learning materials, managing registrations and attendance, creating evaluations and processing recordings of learning sessions.
  • Collaborating with the L&D team and internal stakeholders to manage and administer internal training requirements using the UniversitySite Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal learning queries.
  • Supporting and implementing L&D systems and processes, including invoicing, reporting, maintenance of the L&D intranet page and team resources.  
  • Providing broad general administrative support to the L&D team and contributing to continual process improvement.

The position is being offered on a full-time basis in our Sydney office.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role (experience in a professional services environment is highly regarded).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset, positive approach, and high levels of initiative and attention to detail.
  • High level of client service – responsive, presents information clearly, adopts a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Skilful with technology/applications/systems, and experience working with (or a desire to learn) the LMS.
