An opportunity now exists for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our recruitment team on a 12 month contract. 

If you are a driven and tactical recruiter with experience within legal recruitment, looking for a new challenge we want to hear from you.

The role:

  • Tactical recruitment role for all approved vacancies nationally for our legal groups and business services teams.
  • Managing key internal and external stakeholders
  • Creatively thinking of ways to directly source top talent and build effective candidate pools
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates for hiring managers
  • Creating and maintaining talent pools and pipelines for key positions within the firm
  • Managing key recruitment projects
  • Coaching hiring managers around talent acquisition options and approaches
  • Meeting key targets for cost effective, quality recruitment outcomes and reporting outcomes.

Key skills:

  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Legal recruitment experience
  • Establishes credibility quickly with all stakeholders
  • High levels of initiative, enthusiasm and persistence
  • Willingness to assist team members and work autonomously as required
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up
  • Positive approach
